Return and refund policy

You are always welcome to return or exchange products purchased on www.pictureofthefuture.com . At the moment of delivery, please inspect your parcel immediately and, if necessary, return it straight away to our courier upon receipt. Items must be returned to Друштво за трговија и уметност СЛИКА НА ИДНИНАТА ДООЕЛ увоз - извоз , Пробиштип, ul. Kocho Racin br.6, 2210 Probishtip, Macedonia, in appropriate condition and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Refund options

We offer several types of compensation for a returned item, provided that the product is not damaged and the package is in appropriate condition:
● Exchange – we will replace the item with another one of better quality, a different size or colour.
● Refund – we will return the amount you paid for the item.

Although you are free to choose your preferred type of compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available options depending on the returned items, the customer’s location, banking specifics or other reasons that may create difficulties or inconvenience, whether for Slika od Idninata DOOEL or for our customers.

How to return a purchased item

Please correctly fill in the return form with the order number, the product you are returning, the reason for the return and whether you expect a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention the order number, we will not be able to process your return. Repack the item in the original box and packaging. Take your parcel to any post office and obtain proof of posting and a tracking number – this will speed up the process and confirm that your parcel is on its way to us.

The shipping costs for returned products are covered by you. We will reimburse the shipping costs only in case of returning damaged, defective or incorrect items.

What happens next

We will send you an email as soon as we receive your parcel with the returned products and process your request.
● The returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
● If the condition of the returned item is inadequate (for example, the tags are removed or there are visible signs of damage) and we cannot place it back on sale, we may not be able to accept your return and might have to send the item back to you.
● If the condition of the returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 working days, depending on the payment method used when purchasing the returned item.
● If you paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
● If you used a gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid amount to your credit/debit card balance and issue a new gift card (according to our internal rules, a single gift card cannot be used two or more times).

Returning a damaged or faulty item

We are sorry if you received a damaged or faulty item.
Please return this item to us as soon as possible so that we can process your request. If you cannot return the item, please contact our customer care team at visualmark101@gmail.com . Please note that all items are inspected upon return.

Returning an incorrect item

If any of the items you received is not what you ordered, please send it back to us and, after we inspect it, we will issue a refund as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

We do not accept returns for products that do not meet the conditions for return.

● Vitamins and supplements
● Medical supplies and equipment
● Dental care products
● Insect repellents and sunscreens
● Intimate underwear

● Products containing food items
● Flowers and plants
● Ink cartridges
● Factory-sealed sports collections
● Gift cards
● Digital products
