This website provides digital services (virtual museum access) and digital tickets that allow you to view artworks and content online. There is no physical delivery or shipping of goods.
Service delivery (digital access)
After a successful payment, your ticket/access is delivered digitally as follows:
● You will receive an order confirmation by email (to the email address you enter at checkout).
● Your access link will be sent to your email address within 24 hours at the latest . In most cases, it is delivered sooner.
● If the content requires login, access will be linked to the account/email used during purchase (as specified in the access email).
● If you do not receive your access link within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder and contact us so we can assist immediately.
Access period
Each ticket/access product clearly displays the scope and duration of access on the purchase page (for example: single entry, time-limited access, or access to a specific exhibition). By purchasing, you agree to those terms shown at checkout.
Payment options
Card payments are accepted through our payment processor. We accept cards displaying the MasterCard , Visa , or Diners symbol (depending on availability).
Your bank may require 3D Secure verification to complete the transaction.
Secure transactions
Online payments are processed via encrypted connections. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment is handled by the authorized payment provider and your bank.
Failed or declined transactions
If your card transaction is declined or not completed:
● The purchase will not be confirmed and access will not be delivered.
● Please contact your bank/card issuer for the reason of the decline, or try another payment method (if available).
